FIT are the first friendly faces guests encounter at ALC, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming experience. As a volunteer, you'll greet newcomers with a smile, offer helpful directions, and make sure everyone feels like they belong from the moment they arrive.

The Parking Team creates a welcoming and safe first impression by helping guests find a spot and get their families inside with ease. Volunteers guide traffic, assist with unloading, and help ensure a smooth, secure flow in and out of the property before each service.

Usher Ministry volunteers serve by helping serve the congregation during services. This includes seating newcomers, collecting tithes & offerings, and working in partnership with the altar team

The Media Team helps bring our services to life both in-person and online through sound, lighting, visuals, and live production. As a volunteer, you can run cameras, operate sound or lighting boards, and play a key role in creating an excellent worship experience for everyone who walks in or tunes in.

The Creatives Team captures the moments that tell the story of what God is doing at ALC Jonesboro. Through photography, videography, and creative content, this team helps preserve powerful moments from our services, events, and ministries while creating engaging content that reaches people beyond the church walls. As a volunteer, you’ll use your creativity and skills to capture meaningful moments, create content for social media, and help communicate the vision and heart of our church.

This ministry covers the choir, main worship team, band and dance team. Volunteers in the worship arts ministry can serve by using their voices, instrumental capabilities, and participating in dances choreographed by our dance team leaders.

The Altar Team are our volunteers that pray for people each week at ALC. These volunteers are held to a high standard and are encouraged to be mature believers in Christ.

Kids volunteers help with children from ages newborn to 12 years old. Volunteers can help with Sunday morning services, nurseries, toddler rooms, or kids MyGroups.

Our Youth & Young Adults Ministry is all about investing in the next generation and creating a fun, faith-filled environment where teens can grow in their relationship with Jesus. As a volunteer, you’ll help during youth services, support MyGroups, build relationships with students, and serve at events that make a lasting impact. This team is all about building real connections among young adults in every stage of life—whether you're single, married, working, or figuring things out. It’s a place to belong, grow in your faith, and do life together with a supportive community

Our Women’s and Men’s Ministries are vibrant communities that empower individuals to grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and serve others through discipleship, fellowship, and outreach. Volunteers have the opportunity to support events, mentor others, and help create a welcoming environment that fosters spiritual growth and connection.

The Compassion Center team helps by serving the community. We assist those in the community with food and clothing on a weekly basis. Whether it's at our on site facility, or making deliveries, we want to show the love of Christ!

The Senior Ministry at ALC Jonesboro is a community where seasoned believers can connect, fellowship, grow, and continue making an impact for the Kingdom of God. We believe that every season of life has purpose, and our seniors are a vital part of the life and legacy of our church.
